I’ve always had a passion for connecting with and helping others, which led me to complete both a teaching degree and a personal training certification. Coaching became a natural extension of my love for teaching, and transitioning to online coaching has allowed me to reach and support more people on their fitness journeys. My approach is rooted in the belief that true health involves a balance of physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
